In our sessions, we'll tap into my toolbox of therapeutic modalities, centering around CognitiveBehavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance andCommitment Therapy (ACT). With these approaches, you'll:

ACT: Embrace the present and align your actions with your values through mindfulness. By
accepting the present, you'll prepare yourself to make intentional choices toward your goals.

DBT: Balance emotions and logic so you can make decisions based on your inner wisdom.
We'll practice mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress
tolerance skills.
